It didn't work for me =\ It downloaded only html files (filesonic) Maybe I did something wrong..

@adsl3000 If you live in a country where filesonic has a different domain, you have to change the domain of the filesonic links to this domain to make it work.

I have 9.4mps download speed and a quick pc. I did the whole IDM package using a filesonic site. Downloading a 1.3gb file but, only downloads 1.2mps? Going to try a a different site to see if I can at least get 3-4mps download. Rapidshare does 1mps downloads all of the time via free user.

The program you created is awesome. I was just wondering if I was doing anything wrong? By switching sites, I mean fileserve, oron etc. I'm confused why my transfer rate is just about the same. Shouldn't it be downloading much faster?

@onefastduster Your connection speed is 9.4 Megabit/second, Megabit is 8 times Megabyte. So your connection speed measured in Megabyte is 9.4/8 = 1.18 Megabyte/second. Internet Service Providers always advertise with Megabits because it sounds better.

Thank you for new nice-working program. May be you can add to your program also support for "Internet Download Accelerator" In this program files for importing are with *.dmf extension.

I tested "Internet Download Manager" program and understood, that it's much better than "Internet Download Accelerator". But specially for you upload DMF-file, if you are still interested in it. http://www.multiupload.com/UDD90IF7KX

Dear tomtest: I have followed the steps listed at "How To Use", but it didn't work!! IDM downloaded as HTML file. It's not actual file.... Sever is FileSonic,and Cookie name&value are correct.

@salmacis633333333 If you are from India or Italy or another country and its not working with filesonic; Change the domain of your download links (.com) to .'your country'. For example .in or .it.

hello!!!im a new member...i have a problem with the IDM Cookie Importer.i want to download some files from Wupload but the program downloads them as HTML files.In the beginning everything worked fine but after i had downloaded two files successfully and tried to download the third file this problem appeared.I changed the domain of the link to my country's domain "gr" gor Greece but it didnt work.If you have a solution i would really appreciate it.

Yeah, changing the filesonic.com to filesonic.xx makes you download a html file.

windows 7 cant read ef2 file generated by cookie importer. when you click import from idm file the ef2 file does not appear it goes into USER\AppData\Local\VirtualStore when you click compatibility windows explorer . I try to change the extension from ef2 to txt file but it only download html file. please help. I presume this program works with windows 7 .
